📅 Return & Exchange Period
You may return or exchange your items within 15 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

All original tags, accessories, and labels must remain attached.

The item must be in the same condition as when it arrived.
🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address. -
Ship the Item Back
Once approved, please ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. -
Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges will be shipped after the return is processed.

💳 Refund Processing Time
After your returned item arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
We support refunds for payments made via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt

Final sale or promotional items (if stated as non-returnable on the product page)
🌐 Shipping & Return Coverage
We offer global shipping, except for some regions in Asia and remote areas.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or wrong items. In such cases, Labubu Wardrobe will cover the return shipping fees.
